Acuter Newtony 50 (DIY Version) Educational Telescope Kit

The Acuter Newtony 50 DIY is a complete, fully functional educational telescope set supplied in kit form for self-assembly.

The telescope tube has the benefit of a removable discovery panel, which reveals the fascinating internal construction of a Newtonian optical system.

The set includes a 50mm Newtonian telescope supplied in component form, a 20x (10mm) Eyepiece, a Projection Eyepiece, and a Tabletop Tripod.

Photos can be taken with a smartphone with an optional smartphone adaptor (not included) to keep a record of your observations.

It is supplied in an attractive colour gift box with a carrying handle for easy transportation and instructions for use.

The Newtonian name was given in honour of Isaac Newton (1643-1727), a British scientist who invented the reflector telescope. The Acuter Newtony 50 DIY is the perfect way to follow in his footsteps in your discovery of the Universe!

NOTE: This educational product is suitable for children aged 5+ with adult supervision. 

Never use this telescope to observe the Sun. Solar observing is dangerous and can be hazardous to eyesight.
