The Celestron Piggyback Mount enables you to attach your camera with its lens to the top of the telescope. Its unique design also allows you to fit your SCT telescope's Star Pointer on top of the Piggyback so that you can accurately navigate your telescope and conduct astrophotography at the same time.

The piggyback bracket works really well and comes with additional options and screws.

This accessory will be for my introduction in astronomical photography.
It seems to me sturdy and stable enough.

Bracket seems to be well made but you need to tighten the mounting screws down really tight or the bracket will slip.

You will also have to re-align the star pointer with the telescope.

The design of the bracket could be better, it only rests at 2 points along the rim of the telescope which is not really good enough, also it is now possible to move the finderscope out of alignment by touching it slightly where as before adding the mount it was not easy to do so.
