The Zenith Scholaris-400 LED Microscope is a wonderfully versatile and easy to use instrument for discovering the fascinating wonders of the micro-world!
Elegantly designed and robustly constructed, the Scholaris-400 makes an ideal beginners microscope.
Featuring dual-LED illumination (transmitted and incident) for the examination of a wide variety of specimens.
The substage transmitted illumination enables the examination of prepared microscope slides and transparent specimens at 40x, 100x & 400x magnifications, whilst the incident top illumination allows opaque objects (e.g. coins, whole insects etc.) to be observed at 40x & x100.
Supplied with an accessory kit, including 5x prepared slides, 5x plain slides, cover slips, test tube, pipette, probe and tweezers.
Requires 3 x AA batteries (not supplied).

I have yet to try this product out as I bought it as a gift for my sons Christmas but I have to say the service I received when purchasing was fantastic. I emailed flo to query when this microscope would be back in stock as it had been a few day and it still said available in 1-2 days. I received a very prompt email back explaining the situation and offered to check with their supplier to see if the had any stock available. Within the hour they got back in touch to say they had and to just order as normal and they would ship it out ASAP (by the following week). I recieved it within 4-5days of ordering. Over all my experience so far was 5stars alone, helping with my query as fast and as best they could. I will come back to leave another review after I've had a wee shot of the microscope
