The Hyperflex 9-27mm zoom eyepiece offers a convenient alternative to a number of fixed focal length eyepieces.

Features 

  • Constructed with 7 lens elements in 4 separate groups.
  • Fully broadband multi-coated edge-blackened optics and internal baffling for high contrast and light transmission.
  • Delivers a surprisingly (for a zoom eyepiece) flat well-corrected field of view with high contrast and definition.
  • Continuously variable focal length of 9mm to 27mm.
  • Apparent Field Of View of 60°-40°.
  • For convenience, reference focal length positions are engraved on the eyepiece barrel.
  • Large eye-lens element, 18mm eye-relief and soft twist-up eyecup for comfortable viewing even when wearing spectacles.
  • Parfocal so little or no refocusing required when changing focal lengths.
  • Threaded to accept standard 1.25” filters.

Great for quick alignment

Surprised there's no reviews, considering the price I wasn't expecting the best eyepiece in the world, but it's clear and well built. I got it to make star alignment quicker and easier and it has, no more swapping from a wide angle to a smaller one to get it as close as possible. Works great
