This Baader adaptor converts any 2″ (SC) female thread into an M48 x 0.75 female thread – without extending the optical path length. 

Can be used to adapt Baader Hyperion Universal Zoom Mark IV onto any photographic M48 x 0.75 (2″ filter-) thread. 

Works as an expansion ring to convert a photographic M48-thread into a male 2″ SC thread. 

Suitable for adaptation of any accessory with male M48 connection thread, e.g. Baader VariLock 20-29mm and VariLock 29-46mm clamps.

Badder Herschel Wedge/Denkmeier II Binoviewers linking piece

A small but finely made adaptor ring, converting the male M48 thread of the Denkmeier Optical Corrector System cell to a male 2" thread, thereby enabling it to be directly matched with the female 2" thread of the scope-side of the Herschel wedge, replacing the existing wedge nosepiece. This follows the Denk guidance to get the OCS cell as close as possible to the wedge, for best binoviewer performance. The ring is designed so as not to intrude into the light path of the combination. For additional security, I'll add a Baader M48 28mm Fine Tuning Ring to the rear of the OCS cell, to give my Tak 130's focuser something more to get hold of - the one downside of the OCS cell is that it's only 15 mm long; and the combined weight of the Herschel Wedge, Denk binoviewers and a couple of e/ps is around 2kg. The joys of getting different companies' gear to play well...
