This handy adapter cable lets you connect a dew heater strap to a 12v 2.1mm / 5.5mm DC output, such as those found on the ZWO ASIair Pro and some dew controllers from Lynx Astro or Hitec Astro.
10cm long with a maximum current limit of 5A.
Well made, good quality, over moulded cable.

New life for legacy dew heaters 01 April 2024 | John
Having bought the ZWO ASIAIR I soon realised that my existing dew heaters (phono style plug) needed an adapter? These fit the bill perfectly.

Not had a chance to use it yet but excellent customer service and very fast delivery

Provides the ideal connection between my SM 90mm ED dew heater and one of the ASiair Mini 12v outputs. The short cable length is perfect in reducing the number of flailing leads around the ‘scope and making the whole set-up look more professional. Sent on suggestion of Chris at FLO as part of a main shipment in quick time as always!

Lynx Dc to RCA adapter lead 06 May 2022 | Robert
A handy lead to convert the RCA plug on the Lynx dew heater to a 2.1mm DC power supply, connections are a good fit, through the metal part of the RCA end of the lead is exposed, as it is supposed to be used in a humid environment, I thought it might have been covered, not had any problems as yet, but am wondering if there is heavy dew will it cause any problems

I don't know why I didn't buy these with my AsiAir originally, they make the whole set up look alot neater and do the job perfectly
