I bought these for my Tak FS60CB to replace the Tak clamp which I find a little bulky (sacrilegious I know 🤣. I’m very impressed by the quality, design, and the combination of lightness with strength that these products offer. They were provided with all Allen bolts required, even the four little end stop bolts for the dovetail. The rings fit very well and there are also well placed threaded holes on the top to take finder shoes etc. I’m delighted with them so much so that I also have them on my FC100DC now.

Using the rings to replace the Takahashi clamshell and enable top mounting power/usb hub and sort cable drag etc.. I also have the Moreblue spacer studs and the 170mm dovetail bar. All fits together easily and is very smart in keeping with the telescope quality and appearance. All parts are engineered to a high quality and at a reasonable price. Replacing the clamshell and my original dovetail bar has also reduced the weight sitting on the mount so no bad thing. The 17mm spacers give sufficient clearance to enable feeding and routing the minimal remaining cables directly down the IOptron CEM25 mount. Works well.
