I bought this for my Mewlon 180C. The OTA fits reasonably well, along with finder scope and dovetail plate. The awkward part is that the bag was designed for SCTs that have a different weight distribution, i.e., when upright, the OTA would face downwards for stability. But the Mewlon is back heavy, so it makes more sense to face it upwards so it won't be top heavy, which then means that the weight is on the visual back, which is not ideal. Nonetheless, with the additional padding from not using the storage space at that area providing some stability, this has proven to be a useful grab and go solution for quickly setting up the scope in my back yard and then storing it when done.

Oklop bags are excellent quality. Very tough, well made and competitively priced. Can't recommend them highly enough. I have their bags for my mount (AZEQ6), tripod, and accessories. I bought the 9.25" SCT bag as I have an Edge HD 8" SCT, but I have a ZWO EAF attached and an extra ADM dovetail bar on top, which makes the scope too big for a standard 8" bag. I looked at all the alternatives and the 9.25" Oklop bag offers just the right amount of extra space in width and length to suit my needs. I don't use the extra space on the side of the bag for a finder, but it will no doubt come in handy in the future if I do. If you need a good solid bag, you should definitely consider Oklop products.

I bought this and the 8" SCT bag to try and see which was the right one for my Mewlon 180C. This 9.25" SCT bag was absolutely perfect, the scope fits in nicely without being too tight or loose. The finder pouch is perfectly placed for the Mewlon finder, which was critical, as it can't be removed (being also the handle for the scope).

I also have two other Oklop bags for my Takahashi refractors, which work perfectly too... Highly recommended.
