Takahashi 60CP FU 0.65x Focal Reducer for FS-60CP

The FU 0.65x reducer is an optical innovation!

Composed of four lenses, one of which is made of fluorite, a first for this type of instrument.

It eliminates the residual chromatism that could persist with the C 0.72X reducer. Chromatic aberration is further reduced by half compared to the older model.

The field is perfectly flat, covering the surface of a 24x36 full-frame sensor. The spot radius, 3 µm RMS, is homogeneous from the centre of the field to the periphery.

The size of the lenses and the change in position of the reducer in the telescope increase the illumination of the field at the focus by approximately 80%, including at the periphery.
