StellaMira Black or Red Ergonomic, Solid Aluminium Carry Handle

These nicely made StellaMira handles are machined from solid aluminium and are available in a Red or Black anodised finish.

We use these on our StellaMira refractors. They provide a convenient carrying point.

They bolt to the top of your existing tube rings and have a groove, around 25mm, for the tube ring to sit in.

Supplied with a 1/4" UNC, 15mm stainless steel bolt but can also accommodate an M6 bolt (not supplied), depending on your tube rings threads.

I bought 2 of these for my apo refractor telescopes they make putting the scope on the mount a lot more easy and they are a very well made carry handle.

I purchased one of these for my StellaMira 110 which I received from FLO a week earlier. It has transformed moving the OTA around even lifting it out of its case. Feels very solid. Although I would recommend getting a slightly longer screw as the one supplied only goes into the tube ring two and a half turns. With a longer screw you can get four and a half turns (peace of mind). Any handle on a telescope is a very useful addition.

I received this from FLO packed in with the SM 110ED scope I had also ordered. The handle is beautifully made and the red anodizing sets off the black telescope a treat. My only concern is that I'm not sure I can fully trust one 1/4" bolt tapped no more than 3/8" into aluminum so I will be using the handle as a means of steadying rather than carrying using this handle alone.
