Having acquired the reducer sometime ago, and now the adapter, this will act as a dual review for both products.I found this to be an excellent reducer with perfect stars across the field of view. It was pretty much plug in and play, and whilst I have a few minor adjustments for the back focus to make, I found this an excellent accessory. I recently also bought the adaptor so I could use it on my Skywatcher Esprit ED80. The information sent out by the company, which is also used by various outlets for their advertising, was incorrect because it stated that it could be used for the ED100, ED120 and ED150... but the impression you got was that it could not be used for the ED80. They have now corrected this information on their website after I got in touch, and I hope by including this here it will help somebody else considering this option.I'm looking forward to using it with my ED80, which would give me a nice f3.25, in effect. The adaptor itself is beautifully made and screws onto the reducer perfectly and onto the telescope, and I have every confidence that it is going to be excellent. Great service from FLO as normal. Cheers
Fits perfectly to the focuser of my Esprit 100ED.As expected, some vignetting will arise, easy to remove by using flats. Actually, I now have two scopes: 550mm/5.5 and a 360mm/3.6 astrograph. Highly recommended, together with Starizona Apex Ed.
