I was really upset when I accidentally plugged the USB cable into the HC port and blew the control board in the dark. This replacement worked perfectly, just removed 4 screws, unplugged the blown one, plugged in the new board and replaced the screws. It took less than 5 minutes. The part came much faster than I had feared, being in the US. It was here in under a week. Think it was 4 days if I remember correctly. PS Buy some silicone plugs for less than 10 dollars to cover the HC and st4 ports to prevent an accident in the dark.

The motherboard came as a complete assembly with a new faceplate, so change-out was exceptionally easy. It also came with a diagram for the updated board. FLO was very efficient in the ordering and shipping of the unit. It arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. Good people to do business with.

Easy to install and works great

What really stood out was I put through 2 orders on the same day, separately, with two delivery charges. I didn't follow up to try and get them in one parcel. BUT FLO ACTIVELY PUT THEM IN THE SAME DELIVERY AND REFUNDED MY POSTAGE COST. Without being asked. Exceptional customer service. Bosh.

It replaced control board perfectly, so far working excellent! Would consider purchasing another as spare part!
