Delivered the next day after ordering thanks FLO. I have been threatening to to push the button on this for some time now I’m glad I did. Just what I’ve been looking for a top quality alt az mount. I ordered the base model. I like to keep my stargazing simple with out the need to carry power packs and cables. I now have a mount which I can use any of my scopes on secure in the knowledge that the mount can handle any of the payloads I can throw at it. To sum the whole mount up in three words it’s a keeper.

I've used most alt-az mounts that have been available for at least the last 20 years. The Rowan AZ100 bests them all, in my opinion. Exquisite engineering. At the end of the day that's what I need in a mount and that is what the Rowan AZ100 gives me.

Only good things to say about this mount... superbly engineered, being smooth and precise in operation. A very versatile and capable mount for the visual observer.

This is a really nice mount. Not cheap by any means but the quality of the engineering is plain to see. I have only had a short session with the mount and I have not tried the Nexus unit yet, but to say I am very happy with it so far is an understatement. Again thanks are due to FLO for their excellent service.

Extremely well made alt/az mount, the build quality is 2nd to none. I have a few alt/az mounts and this is easily the best of the bunch. I have it on the berlebach uni-28 and it is a perfect match. The nexus dsc system is so simple to use and very accurate, I would highly recommend getting the nexus with this mount.
