The Tele Vue Large Field Corrector for NP101is & NP127is optimises edge-of-field performance and is recommended for 35mm sensors and larger.

The correct back focus distance is 2.75" for 35mm sensors and smaller and 2.67" for the 36x36mm KAF 16803 sensor.
