Model: askar_f3.9_fra400_reducer
This full-frame Focal Reducer is designed for use with the Askar FRA400 Astrograph.
It can also be used with the FRA500 (see note below).
It reduces the effective focal ratio by 0.7x, taking this fast f/5.6 scope down to an even faster f/3.9, with a 280mm focal length.
It enables a wider field of view and shorter exposure times, making capturing wide-field images of large deep-sky objects easier.
The reducer has a back focus of 55mm and includes threads for M48X0.75 (2") filters.
NOTE: When used with the FRA500 telescope, the M86-to-M68 adapter (supplied with the FRA500equired telescope) is required. The FRA400 telescope does not need the adapter.

Only managed 2 test shots but... 13 September 2021 | Andrew
As usual it was deliverd promptand well packaged, thanks FLO. Could only take 2 test subs as I had other problems with my rig but those 2 subs show good stars nearly all the way to the edge. I may need to adjust my spacing for it to be perfect but Im very impressed with this bit of kit.
