This is the second time I have requested bespoke/made to measure cables. I wanted the 12v dc to dc in specific lengths to avoid excess cable and unnecessary additional weight. I also wanted a specific length 12v main power cable so it was as short as possible to avoid current & voltage loss in the excess cabling.
I must say it’s fantastic that FLO offer this service, the cables are perfect in the length requested, the materials are excellent, keeping them flexible and strong and the build is great, no flaws that I’ve noticed.
All plug in and grip firmly in their ports.

The service was first class. The staff did their best to find a replacement, which they did.
However, the outside diameter of the replacement thumbscrews' thread was 0.5mm too small. I shall continue my search.

Very good and helpful customer service

I've contacted FLO and within a very short period of time they could assist me through my issues. To begin with, I've lost my old cylinder coupling shaft that connects the motorized part of the focuser with the Crayford focuser of the scope. I found FLO by researching and googling around and thankfully they were really fast to help me out by having their machinist create a new coupler. WIthin less than a week I finally got my coupling shaft through DHL in my mailbox despite that I live in US. Thank you FLO and thank you Grant for helping me out so quick!
