I needed a special bracket for a Lakeside focus motor. The staff at First Light Optics found one for me and provided excellent service both in finding the bracket and supplying it. Well done!

Steeltrack bracket

Recently received the steeltrack fitting kit for my steeltrack focuser however the bracket wouldn't fit the focuser without some filing of the lower edge and enlarging of the holes. Not very well designed.

Response:

All of the brackets should fit perfectly so this is possible a machining fault or, the focuser it's designed to go on has changed since the bracket was originally designed.

If anybody ever experiences anything similar, please contact us and we will sort it.
