Bought this for my HEM27. Very light, and although the spreader plate is high up it is solid as a rock when tightened. The tripod comes with rubber feet on the tripod legs, which can be replaced by some hefty-looking spikes if you are on soft ground. I only needed two of the supplied screw-in pegs - one for the centre post and one for the north pin. These will be stored in the slots on the spreader plate during transportation.
Tip - screw the centre post fully in before tightening the long spreader plate screw to ensure there is enough depth to screw the post all the way in.

Superb service from FLO as always. Trip is lightweight and very well built. You may need an adater for your mount. I used it with my CEM 26 which i already have a pier extension for. The pier bolted on with no issues. There are 4 different sized pins that can screw into the top plate. Very happy with it indeed.
