Deep Sky Dad Flat Panel for Askar FMA180 (FP2)

Making flats can be cumbersome, especially if not part of an automated routine. The DAD flap panel makes making flat frames a lot easier. 

While you image, the flap panel is tucked neatly alongside the refractor tube. When you finish, flip it into place and turn on the dimmable LED light. 

You can adjust brightness according to your camera responsiveness/gain settings and filters. 

For those operating in high humidity conditions, the DAD can also be purchased with an integral heater, to keep dew at bay. 

With the release of our FP2, DAD have improved a few crucial aspects of our flaps, based on your feedback. They have replaced Micro-USB connector with USB-C connector for more reliable connectivity, upgraded MCU to ARM Cortex, improved the mechanics and added new advanced features such as obstacle detection, custom open position and automatic end position calibration.
