I have a Skywatcher 9x50 finderscope which I wanted to use this for, in conunction with the ASI AIR 120MM mini.
I previously used a little Zwo 30mm F4 finderscope, but I found that it did not fit well with my imaging set up.
The FL of the 9x50 is about 180mm, so this gives me about F3.6 on the guidescope.

The adapter is easy to fit to the guidescope, just unscrew the eyepiece and replace with the adapter.

Initially, I have trouble reaching focus with the camera.
To get this working you need to:

1. The Zwo comes with three black tubes attached. The first one (nearest the sensor) is a glass protector - don't remove that. Then there is the extension barrel - take that off. Finally, there is the convertor at the end of the extension - keep that (put it back). So now you have a camera with a quite short 'extension' barrel. This will screw directly to the adapter.

2. Your 9x50 finder has a locking ring at the front you can unscrew slightly to adjust the focus. I found this ring was TOO THICK to achieve focus.
You need to unscrew the primary lens assembly from your 9x50, remove the lock ring, then put the scope back together.

I could then achieve focus (had to unscrew the lens about 5mm from the fully screwed down position).

Since I couldn't lock the focus in place - since I'd removed that - I've used a little black tape on the exposed threads to lock the focus.

So now I am very pleased, but it would have been helpful for the adapter to be a bit shorter so I could have kept the locking ring on the guidescope.

Also, when adjusting the black extension tubes on the ZWO camera, don't do them up too tightly. They have a tendency to bind as they are very precisely engineered.

I purchased this item to allow me to use my SkyWatcher 9x50 finder as a guidescope with an old GPCAM (blue GPCAMAR0130C). Unfortunately, the 'C' thread adaptor that comes with the GPCAM is too long and, as a result, focus at infinity cannot be achieved. The quality of the item is very good, however, be warned to do your research before ordering.

I purchased this item getting prepared for future modification of the Finder scope into a Guiding scope.

Bought this adapter to mate a ZWO 120 Mini to my old blue 9x50 - works a treat!
You need to remove the black 1" or so extension from the ZWO to achieve focus. Careful not to remove the shallow sensor cover with it.
I'm now using my 9x50 finder for solar guiding (with OD5.0 solar film over the 9x50).
A great little adapter that opens up so many possibilities.

I searched for quite a long time for the parts I needed for my setup I kept coming back to FLO and this was one of the final pieces. The item was well wrapped and had all the pieces needed for assembly.

When I first got into this hobby more than 4 years ago I tried to convert my skywatcher finderscope into a guidescope. The previous adapter was not quite the right depth and I could never achieve focus. I'm now in the position to run two setups at once and needed another guidescope so I took a gamble on this adaptor. It allows the ASI120MM mini to get closer in than the previous adapter I bought and I was very happy to see I was able to focus and achieve sharp stars with this adapter. It yielded a 178mm focal length and that is fine for my needs. Certainly cheaper than a new guidescope. Usual FLO service was delivered super quick!

I connected and focused the ASI 290mm camera without any problem!

I ordered this item around 3pm, and it arrived the very next morning! The product itself is well made, and does it's job perfectly. I did actually have a bit of a panic at first, after thinking it didn't fit my ZWO ASI 120MM Mini Camera, but all it was was I'd forgotten to fit the little ring adaptor that comes with the ZWO Camera!
