Having one extra counterweight really made a difference in the mount (CGX-L) precision and tracking.
So if your counterweight(s) is (are) dangling away at the far end of the bar, please consider adding one more, it can really help.

It does cost some money, but it is money well spent.

Other than that, it is the exact same as the original celestron counterweight that came with my CGX-L (now 3x10 kg).
