Baader Hyperion Eyepieces are designed for visual and photographic applications and excel in both fields.
Their modular design fits both 1.25" and 2" focusers and (with an adaptor ring) will accept a camera mounted directly onto the eyepiece.
The Hyperion is a comfortable eyepiece with 20 mm eye relief and a large field of view that is easily visible, even with eyeglasses. A field of view of 68 degrees is ideal for most astronomical observations and is the largest field of view that can be viewed without turning your eyes to see the edge of the field.
Excellent performance at a reasonable price!

HelloThe FLO team is fabulous! Great service as usual. The eyepiece set are very good good quality. When I started out , I had the Baader Hyperion Zoom with Barlow lens , great too! So naturally went with Baader set . Needed the some individual EPs . The case keeps EPs safe and sound . Great Idea !
I order the started set of 4 eyepieces plus the box. All the eyepieces are really well made, and do exactly what they say! The metal box to keep them in at first looked like a bit of overkill! But that said, there is room for the 4 eyepieces plus the other bits you inevitably collect! Not cheap but i think a good purchase.
Compared to the standard lens kit that my telescope came with this Baader lens set its in a different league. Superb quality coupled with excellent materials make this set a must have - these may be all the lenses that you need for starting your viewing experience. The presentation case is a very nice addition and makes it easier to transport and protect your lenses. Highly recommended.
Beautifully made, incredibly adaptable to give additional & intermediate focal lengths with no further purchases strictly needed by simply unscrewing parts of the lens.. purchase of spacers give move flexibility again. Combine with Baader’s diagonal and you have a very adapt level system. And system is probably the best description, there seems to be an adapter for every conceivable combination of need. Only tried the 5mm and 24mm ep’s so far and they have bright, evenly focussed image, no obvious distortion or fringing on the 24mm and very minor at edges of 5mm but not obvious and you really have to look for it to find it.. just not an issue when being used.Service from FLO was impeccable from the initial advice through to next day Saturday delivery.. thoroughly recommended
I'm very much a believer in that you get what you pay for and these eyepieces are no exception. At £100 each you get a solid lump of metal that will immediately feel superior to any cheaper pieces you may have. The ability to switch between 1.25 inch and 2 inch is extremely useful, I can scan at 2 inch for greater views and then switch back to a 1.25 to fit the specialist filters I have for that size. Using a cheap £10 moon filter and the 5mm on a 12 inch skywatcher flextube in 1.25 inch, I was able to observe a canyon on one of the lunar seas in addition to exceptionally good views of the myraids of craters. The 24mm is an excellent broad scanning piece for your wide field viewing.17mm was a surprising gem amongst the 4 pieces and a good go to when doing some general viewing of the moon during setup and for star scanning beyond the wide field.10mm I've not used too much but it works as you'd expect for an intermediate piece.5mm renders a superior view for your high mag views.I'm quite an amateur still and I defer to others with more experience. However, the eyepieces are far better than the BST explorer piece I had on my starter scope and that was a good quality piece for half the price. To sum up, they're worth the price but its the versatility that really stands out. Oh the case and leather bags and everything else is exceptional, almost too far in terms of quality. Cheers Germany!
