30x25cm (12" x 10") microfibre cleaning cloth for removing dust,fingerprints and grease from a wide variety of glass and plastic items including lenses, glasses, mobile phones and cameras.

Technology

The unique formulation of the Calotherm Microfibre Cloth far exceeds any conventional cloth and enables grease, dirt and moisture to be removed from the most sophisticated of coatings.

  • The knitted fabric is produced with a higher concentration of fibres than any other cloth
  • It is produced on wider rolls and then heat treated to reduce the roll width and to increase the fibre concentration even further
  • It is then chemically treated to split the fibres, making them finer
  • The split fibres give even greater fibre concentration with air pockets to lift and hold dirt and grease away from any surface.

CALOTHERM cleaning cloths

My telescopes get used for astrophotography regularly and the optics are exposed to the elements for long periods of time each night. Dew and dust are commonplace and good cleaning materials are a must. These clothes are amazing. Together with the CALOTHERM optic liquid spray and good cleaning techniques I got my 120 refractor lens to brand new condition in seconds. However, note that I only us the non printed side of these clothes. I do recommend these.
