This bracket enables an ZWO EAF to be fitted to a Skymax 150 Pro Maksutov telescope. With a small modification to the telescope end of the supplied coupler (reamed out to 13mm from its standard 12mm bore) it fits perfectly.

I purchased this bracket to see if it would fit my C8 which I bought new in 1998. I am happy to say that it fits perfectly, I just needed some 8-32 UNC x 1/2 inch screws. I have now bought the ZWO EAF. See separate review.

Not sure how old my SCT is as I got it second hand. When I got the 925 it came with a JMI Motofocus which I fitted and worked ok but then I've got into the AISIair etc so I decided to upgrade.
It was not easy - I removed the JMI and the new adaptor plate didn't fit - the focuser on mine is under a rectangular plate not a round plate, I drilled the rectangular Celestron back plate so I could bolt the EAF adaptor to it but the motor drive won't fit through the centre of the adaptor plate and the focuser shaft doesn't extend far enough. Fortunately the shaft adaptor from the JMI was pretty much the required length and diameter so that worked for testing
I've now 3d printed a shaft adaptor that is exactly right so all the JMI stuff is now back in it's box and when I upgrade to an Edge then I can just transfer the ZWO EAF to that.

Fits my (non-Edge) Celestron 9.25” OTA fine. Followed the AstroBlender video on YouTube for the actual fitting - easy.

Good quality bracket nicely machined, but the 'spindle' hole is too large for the focuser so the original ring needs to be retained.

Excellent service from FLO as usual. The adapter is great for newer C8s as seen on YouTube. The hole spacing is wrong for orange tube C8s like mine. However, using a 50mm washer and 1" unc 5-32 screws to replace the shorter ones on the cap, I was able to make an adapter to go between the cap and EAF bracket. Works well.

With some enlargement of the central hole and cutting of the ladder part it fits onto the rectangular plate on my old C925 (2 holes drilled to fix it). Nicely made and machined and works perfectly.
