About this product

The NEW Starlight Xpress 'OcuPI' enables automatic control the Starlight Xpress Oculus and provides Wi-FI access.

The 'OcuPI' records your night sky images to an internal SD card. Based on the 'Raspberry Pi' and with software from David Schmenk, this unit can be mounted on your Oculus mast and will send live images to an iPad.

Only 12v DC is required to operate the Oculus and OcuPi units.

The software will automatically start imaging at dusk and stop at dawn.

It will also auto-create an mpeg movie of the previous night's frames.
