A useful 2" to T2 nosepiece and camera adapter. Features a removable 'stop ring' which enables the nosepiece to slide further inside 2" focuser barrels which may help with focusing.

FEATURES

T-2 Photo-Adapter with 2" inner thread
Telescope side 2" nose piece barrel with safety groove, focus side T-2 external thread. Effective optical length only 2.5mm.
Telescope side has threads for 2" filters (M48 thread).
A countersunk T-2 thread for a variety of adaptions such as adapting to T-2 binoviewers

Nosepiece for camera mount

The nosepiece worked fine with my Skywatcher Skymax 127 - Lynx Astro Mak to SCT Adapter - Astro Essentials 2" Visual Back / Eyepiece Holder for SCT Telescopes - "Astro Essentials T Rings" for fitting my Olympus OMD E10 mk3 micro four thirds camera. Enable me the reuse 2" diagonal and existing eye pieces and easily fit camera to Skymax. Overall length is also fine for focusing.

The nosepiece is well made.

I got this as a quick mount for a QHY-10 and it works a treat

This was exactly what was needed to drop a Baader Polaris eyepiece lower in the diagonal to reach focus without adjusting the rest of the focuser.
