Astrodymium Upgraded Azimuth Bolts for Sky-Watcher AZ EQ5-GT

M6x1 / 65mm length (extra long) bolts with large knobs.

Make polar alignment easier and more comfortable with these custom-made azimuth bolts.

The larger knobs make adjustments easier & more precise. A wider range of motion is also possible because of the more ergonomic nature of these replacements.

The longer thread length compared to stock bolts also assists during polar alignment by giving you a more extensive adjustment range in azimuth.

Good but bad

The good: I've given this 5 stars because the product and FLO's service are both excellent and it fits my CEM26.
The bad: When the mount reaches roughly 0 degrees declination on the meridian it catches the protruding knob.
I shall hand these extra long ones to my son to see if they are suitable for his EQ5 and purchase the shorter ones because they make adjusting the azimuth with a full load much easier.
