After trying a few different eyepieces at different focal lengths, I settled on this one. Optically it is brilliant, really wide views and sharp across the view. Build quality is excellent. I cannot fault it, especially at this price point. One thing I personally am not keen on is the eyecup, I just find it slightly less easy to get right than other designs. I believe these eyepieces are exactly the same as the StellaLyra/Celestron/Orion UWA 80° eyepieces, only the Founder Optics are priced cheaper than the others. All in all it’s a brilliant bit of kit

These are the same EPs as the Orion LHD & StellaLyra LER 80°, all made by Long Perng. The eyecups are a little janky, but with a little engineering you can get them adjusted to a comfortable, individualized viewing height. Once they are adjusted - *wow* - comfortable and sharp to the edge of the field. Transmission may be slightly behind other premium EP lines, but not by much. Nothing close to this price approaches their performance. I like the 20 & 14 best; the 9 is a little more finicky on bright targets, but remains a deep sky weapon-of-choice. Strongly considering rounding out the entire line by picking up the 6 & 4, even though I don't need them.
