Padded bag suitable for 200/800 newtonians

Oklop padded telescope bags are designed to precisely fit the telescope and provide safe storage and transportation.

Manufactured in Europe to a high standard with tough water resistant polyester outer fabric, a silky smooth inner liner and dense 10mm foam padding.

Other features include a removable shoulder strap positioned for balance and metal carabiners and attachment rings for durability and long life.

Fits newtonian telescopes 200mm diameter and 800mm focal length with tube rings and dovetail fitted.

Oklop bags are decent gear - originally ordered one that was a tad too small. FLO service great as always letting me change it for this one, which fits nicely. Time to get on the road and head out for darker skies

Q1. What is the extra/third listed dimension for?

The third measurement/dimension corresponds to maximum focuser width/height measured including the width of the telescope tube as well.

You can see a little pocket on the side of the bag in the photographs accommodates a standard sized Newtonian focuser. Larger aftermarket focusers may need to be double checked with us for fitting.
