Remote control module for the calibration lamps of the Alpy 600, LISA and LHIRES III spectrographs.

SPOX is a small box that enables remote control of flat and calibration lamps for the Alpy, Lhires III and LISA. This can be done manually, near the telescope (if you are in a nomadic configuration, for example) or through your computer, via a USB cable - whether under Windows or Linux.

The SPOX box is delivered with a 2m USB lead, and depending on your spectrograph and your configuration, you can also choose the cable length necessary (0.5m or 5m) to connect SPOX with your spectrograph. 

The cable is equipped at both ends with a 4-pin Tiny XLR plug for direct connection to your LHIRES III. 

If you have an ALPY 600 or a LISA, an additional adapter will be required and included depending on the option chosen when ordering. You will also need a 12V power supply.
