My first transaction with FLO

A very good experience from start to finish.
My initial contact was via an email asking for advice which I got in abundance from a more or less immediate reply.
I then ordered just one product and paid for 'standard' delivery. I was kept informed via email as to the status of my order and I received the item two days later.
You cannot fault service like this and I shall certainly use FLO again.

Q1. Can you use the red light on its own, or do you need to cycle through the white light using just one switch?

There are two separate switches; one for the red light and one for the white light, so red light can be used on its own.
