Well made and clean through the mount power option
28 June 2022  |

These are expensive cables but given they are for a premium mount and everything from Bisque is relatively expensive we can ignore that. They are very well made and perform to spec. They are a nice option to deliver power without having to run power cables through the mount yourself. The 3A I use to power my ASI2600MM which peaks at about 2A’s at 100% so enough headroom there. The 5A is more than enough to power my Eagle4S, EAF, EFW, ASI290mini, Ecco2 and dew straps. With a 60W window I’m under 50W at full power and typically run at 35W. I’m sure you could manufacture something similar yourself for a lot cheaper. Or go the route of running heavy gauge cables through your mount. But, as a clean off the shelf solution these cables work great. Albeit at a cost.
